Paul Pierce, CEO

A former Navy electronics technician and career counselor, Paul is a 22-year service veteran. Commands include a destroyer (DDG), shore intermediate maintenance activity (SIMA), overseas naval air station (NAS), AEGIS cruiser (CG), aircraft carrier (CVN), and various staffs. In addition to his military service, Paul has also served the military as a private sector contractor for various firms including Whitney, Bradley, and Brown, Inc., Booz Allen Hamilton, and Cydecor.  Clients have included U.S. Fleet Forces Command, Naval Installations Command, Air Combat Command, Naval Air Forces, the Navy SEALs, and others. Paul's bachelor's degree is in Workforce Education and Development and he has master's degrees in both public administration and business administration.


David Moniz, Ph.D., Board of Directors

A former Navy Signalman, recruit company commander, and career counselor, Dave is a training and performance improvement professional with an extensive background in human performance services, curriculum & instructional systems management, and military-related human resources.  Dave's operational experience includes service aboard an AEGIS cruiser, amphibious ship, and staff roles at the Navy's Recruit Training Command and Center for Naval Leadership, among other commands. Dave has a bachelor's degree in Workforce Education and Development, a master's degree in Human Resource Development, and a Ph.D in Training and Performance Improvement.


Kevin "Sully" Sullivan, Board of Directors

Kevin is a Navy veteran with 30 years of military service.  Kevin's operational experience includes service as senior enlisted career information professional aboard a destroyer, amphibious ship, and aircraft carrier. Kevin also served ashore at a Regional Support Organization and as Deputy Director of Fleet Personnel Development at U.S. Fleet Forces Command.  Kevin is also a past President of the Navy Counselor Association.  Kevin's private sector experience includes service in Enterprise Applications and Business Services at a Fortune 50 company. Kevin has a master's degree in management.


Dale "Luke" Smiley, Treasurer & Board of Directors

Luke is a warrant officer and former special operations forces (SOF) professional with almost 30 years of service.  In addition to a variety of operational assignments, Luke has a strong background in resources and requirements. Luke serves at a Department of Defense command as Director, Requirements and Assessments. Luke also serves as Treasurer for the Foundation.


Robert Lamb, Board of Directors

A graduate of the United States Military Academy, Rob is a current Army Reserve officer. He's served as an Engineer and Military Intelligence officer and has active duty, National Guard, and Reserve component experience.  In addition to the BS in Systems Engineering from West Point, Rob also holds a MS in Information Technology Management.  In the civilian sector, Rob has had professional consulting experience supporting the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps.  Presently he works for the Department of the Navy.
